These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rapid Relay's load board aggregator platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The platform aggregates trucking load data from third-party sources, offering tools like profitability indexes and route planning. Notably, it does not directly facilitate shipper-carrier transactions.

Members must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Refrain from illegal activities, hacking attempts, harassment, or content theft

All content, trademarks, features, and functionalities on the Platform are the exclusive property of Rapid Relay and its partners, with only limited personal use permitted.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and generally non-refundable. The company reserves pricing modification rights with advance notice.

The platform is offered "as is" without guarantees. The company disclaims responsibility for third-party data accuracy and disclaims liability for damages from platform use or unavailability.

Users may terminate accounts via support@rapidrelay.ai. Rapid Relay retains unilateral suspension or termination rights for policy violations.

Ohio law governs these terms, with dispute resolution through American Arbitration Association proceedings in Ohio.
